Answer lies in the experience of ‘oneness’, the reality of ‘oneness’ for you.

Just as the grandeur of the universe exists on a macro level, it also manifests in a microcosmic form within each person. We can explore the vastness of the cosmos not by venturing into space, but by delving inward, as the universe resides within our very beings. Everything is there at micro level. The fundamental principles of reality - physics, chemistry, biology - remain the same, albeit with varying impacts. Our inner universe impact our world and the grand universe impact this whole world. To put it simply, water is there in a bottle, water is there in ocean too. It’s properties remain same, matter remain same, only impact changes. A water bottle quenches the thirst of an individual, however, an ocean has a far-reaching influence on a global scale.

Now, let’s talk about the difference between ‘I’ and ‘That’. Both are actually one with same properties, tattv, guna. But, to experience the all-encompassing ‘That’, we first need to experience ‘I’. It is the micro level of divinity or god (atma/being) within us, godfather is param-atma (supreme being). In similar way, we all have Shakti, godmother is para-shakti. So, to experience paramatma, parashakti, we first need to know and experience atma and shakti, of our own, that is ‘I’ at core or ‘self’, which we also refer to as self-realisation.

But what if I also exist as duaI in physical plane. What if it is divided into two halves residing in two bodies, manifesting two different energies, masculine and feminine.

Masculine: Pingala, Shiva in a person-ified way

Feminine: Ida, Shakti in a person-ified way

On macro level, Prakriti and Purusha are divided but when they unite, they give birth to creation i.e. nature which includes seeds, plants, wildlife, humans, and every conscious being in this universe. This grand division on cosmic level exist at micro level in each one of our lives as S/He. Hence, to experience the oneness of ‘I’ and ‘That’, we first need to experience the oneness of ‘She’ and ‘He’. That’s the essence of love, creation, and thus, marriage. The rules also apply same here, we need to let go our ego if we want to let the grace of love enter in our life. The feeling and purity of that love is same between ‘s/he’ oneness as of ‘I’ and ‘That’, the urge to unite with the other half we are part of is same in both the cases, only the impact differs, S/He union gives birth to a child, and That union gives birth to all living beings. May be that’s why it is said that true love is the manifestation of god itself.

Grow step by step

Know your ‘I’, Find your other half ‘I’, Experience true love, Experience the oneness of sampoorn ‘I’, Give creation, Experience the love of being father/mother.

These profound experiences will happen at ultimate level of union too with God, but to reach there, make S/He oneness as your reality.
